Description

0.875 E Ring Phosphate is a cyclic nucleotide analog that is a potent and selective inhibitor of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase (PDE) isoenzymes 4 and 7. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects in vitro and in vivo. 0.875 E Ring Phosphate has been shown to inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-alpha and IL-12, and to increase the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-10. It has also been shown to inhibit the activation of NF-kappaB, a transcription factor that is involved in the regulation of inflammation.
