Description
Internal Retaining Ring Phosphate, designated as .688, is a phosphate ester of a cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) analog. This compound is a potent and selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 3 (PDE3), an enzyme that hydrolyzes cAMP. .688 has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects in animal models of disease. It has also been shown to be effective in treating certain types of cancer in humans.
